Request for help removing potential persisting virus, [Trj] and [Drp]

Issue abstract: Multiple potential scripts in various computer files.

Detailed description: As of recently, Norton security has identified two infected files on my computer. These detections occurred on different days (March 02 and 03, 2026) and were a result of two different full scans. The threats were identified as “Script:SNH-gen [DRP]” and “Script:SNH-gen [Trj]”, infecting unrelated files in across disk drives. An internet search on these types of threats indicates that I may have some type of virus in the startup system of my computer. I lack the knowledge required to resolve this myself and would appreciate assistance in doing so.

Previously taken actions in an attempt to resolve this include:
Malwarebytes download and full scan
-These scans followed Norton full scans which identified threats, subsequently detected nothing.
Norton full scans
-Responsible for detecting both instances of potential threats.
Norton startup scan
-Found multiple corrupted files but no threats.
Deletion of cached browser information
-All browsers, regardless of use frequency
Clearing of temporary files
-C drive appdata and windows temp files.

Product & version number: Norton 360 for windows
