My legitimate business website (amanihealth.africa) has been incorrectly flagged as ‘Phishing’. Norton’s automated dispute system is ineffective in reviewing my site and has me locked in a loop with conflicting information for over a week. I need this escalated to a human for manual review immediately.

Well, I reached out to Norton Chat support…and uploaded pics …and advised Chat that it’s been over a week…and requested FP be referred to Safe Web team…and Chat wrote…and then Chat agent ended session.

Avoid Entering Sensitive Information
Until the warning is cleared, avoid entering login credentials, payment info, or personal data on the site
Check for Updates
Sometimes Norton flags sites due to outdated certificates or temporary issues. Check if the site has made recent security updates
If this doesn’t help then I can resolve the issue by remotely accessing your device.

Do we see this issue with specific websites or all the websites?
Turn off Safe Web, Auto-Protect, Behaviour Protection, Intrusion Prevention, and Smart Firewall individually to identify the root cause or which component is blocking the website.
Turn off VPN/ Change VPN region – Try accessing the website.
Run Norton Live Update and Windows Update, followed by system restart and check the status.
Please ensure all features are turned on.
Capture the Experience/Error while accessing the website (Block Alert from Norton) Did we check with alternate browsers? Do we see any alerts or messages from Norton Product UI? Please capture. Any log entry in Norton Security History Does adding Exclusions under Norton Safe Web work? Only for testing. Please ask the customer to enable again Identify if it’s being flagged as malicious or just blocking access (“Page cannot be displayed”, etc.) Please do NOT leave the feature Turned OFF, in order for the Customer to access the website
