I had a disk failure and had to have a new disk. I have a backup set that I can view when I sign-in online but there is no restore option. How can I add this location to my installed app so I can restore the files.
I don’t want to have to restore them all individually, is there a way of selecting and downloading multiple files? I am starting to regret using Norton as the instructions never work.

Did you have to rebuild/reinstall Windows. If so, you need to install Norton 360 and restore from the backup feature.
Yes I have reinstalled it and it has created a single back up set. When I log in via the internet, I can see the previous back up sets but there is no restore options. On my desktop version I can only see the new backup.
Surely the point of having online backups is to be able to restore after a disk failure???
I can see all of the files online and can download the files individually. Surely this cannot be the only way to restore after a failure. I want to know how I can restore the files in bulk.
Apologies, it seems to have found all the backup sets now and a restore button is available

Good news. It can take a little time for all data to sync with a new installation of 360.
