My house burned down and I have nothing left. Only my Portable Hard Drive Iomega Encrypt with my Ghost back-ups made by Ghost 14.0. A back-up of C: and E: This was a dual boot C = Windows98 (FAT32) and E = Windows XP (NTFS) (maybe not important).
How can I restore all data to a new computer.
I read this:

My condolences on your loss as well. I can only imagine what it must feel like.
Dave is correct, you need to be careful to restore such that your partition layout remains the same. However you can restore to different hardware and I've never seen that fail (I've done it several times myself) but you will most likely have to run a repair install from the Windows DVD to update your device drivers to work with the new hardware.
In either case, if you provide more details on your original partition layout we can offer pointers on the best way to restore such that your partition layout is preserved on the new system.
