I have norton security suite version 5.1.0.29 & Microsoft Office Pro 2007 & I just noticed that the spam control tool bar was no longer visible and there are no options, that I can find to restore it. I reveied the firewall and snti spam setting in Norton as well as all the tabs in outlook with no success.
Please advise what I am missing.
Hi wwlphotos,
In Microsoft Outlook, under View -> Toolbars -> Norton AntiSpam Outlook Plugin. Check if it is enabled.
Thanks,
Umai
It is not there (i.e. norton is not listed) as an option which is part of the surprise
Hi,
Close all outlook windows and restart the computer do not open outlook.
Open Norton360->settings->Antispam->client integration->if the outlook is turned on turn it off->apply->close norton 360 Restart computer
Do not open outlook. Open Norton360->settings->Antispam->Client integration->Turn it ON->Apply->close Norton360 Restart computer
Now open Outlook and check for the Norton Antispam Toolbar.
Do let us know...:)

:( that did not work either. Not that it matters much but I am not running norton 360. I have version 5 of Norton Security Suite so some of the settings are not present in my system however I have found what appears to be the same commands referred to.
Is there someone from Norton monitoring the boards?
Hi,
I apologise for mentioning your product wrongly. But the Norton 360 and Norton Security Suite are having the same security features. The only difference is the online Storage...Did you tried Every single step?
no problem with the naming differences...... Yes, I followed every step but if there is something else I need to do, please advise. Attached are 2 screen shots of my norton setup options
I am having same problem, Norton toolbar in in COM manager, I've rebooted 3 times, still no toolbar or even option to turn on toolbar. I've removed Outlook from Norton Anti-Spam, rebooted. Then added it back in and rebooted. Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin shows up in COM Add-Ins, but toolbar not showing up in Outlook. Now what?>....
