I have upgraded to 2008, transferred date from 2007 AOP to BackupAOP but can find no way to tranfer it into upgraded AOP.Please help
Yes, I did use the migration tool before upgrading. This has resulted in an icon on my desktop named Backupaopsettings.exe
(file version 2.1.0.1 The AOP I have downloaded is version 2.1.0.55. I can see nothing which lets me transfer saved data into the AOP?
Hi narm6881,
Usually the settings are automatically transferred. Have you opened the Add-On Pack window then opened Email / Norton antispam and checked the allowed and blocked list to see if your info is there?
Yes, I have checked, there were about 8 entries in the blocked list, which have not been transferred. no great loss but I thought I had followed instructions.
Hi narm6881,
Did you use the Norton Migration Tool before the upgrade?
Assuming you have installed Add-On Pack 2.1, the settings should have come through automatically.
If not, maybe the tool can help you restore the AOP settings.
Let us know.
