I had to change hard drive. Reinstalled Norton on new drive. In “Cloud Backup“ window it shows that there is “Cloud Storage Used 32/75 GB“. So it knows that cloud backup exists. But no options to choose any backup to restore. Only one buton “Back Up this PC“. How to restore files from cloud backup?

There are tens of thousands of files in backup. Backup is absolutely useless in that case. No other way to restore entire backup to some folder? Some extra Norton tools? Norton offers 75 GB storage for backups and then offers restore 75 GB file by file ? Is that really truth?

This was my first question with picture I posted. Norton doesn’t show any backup in “Cloud backups“ section. Please see my posted picture above. I can’t restore. So I’m asking for help.
have you run backup with v24+ ?
