Some sort of problem must have occurred resulting in the saved Norton identity saved credentials being lost or corrupted. Norton provided the suggestion of giving a new password for entry or restoring the previous copy (at least that's what the option appeared to be).
The result was an empty file. FWIW, this is the second time that this has happened since starting with N360 ver1 and with the same useless result.
I have an earlier Acronis Image. Can you tell me where you save your saved website passwords and username file so that I can copy that file from the archive and restore it for current use?
