Restricted Web Site Visited - How?

What does “Restricted Web Site Visited” mean? I thought that placing a web site as blocked would prevent it from being viewed.

That means an attempt was made to visit the website but it was being blocked and not being viewed.

Would we receive the same message regardless of whether we have selected "give a warning" or "Block the site"?

Hi dgardner,

 

It shows "Blocked Web site" on Web Activity page either "give a waning" or "Block the site" option is selected in the latest version.
