Issue abstract: are previously read alerts still accessible? if so, where or how?
Detailed description: I’m a new user - recently purchased an annual subscription to 360 plus Lifelock. Today, I had two alerts that my information was found on the dark web. I clicked on one to see what that was about and then went back to the prior page to get more information. Now the alerts are gone - they are not archived, they are not disputed, they don’t show up on the dashboard (it says no unread alerts). How do I get back to a read alert?
Secondary issue - is asking the community the only source of support I have with this product? I went through a variety of pages to find Contact Us information for customer support. Nothing but ads to purchase additional products, including access to the help desk.
