Please assist.... I am trying to retrieve files from the On-Line Storage link at the Norton website. I log into my account, and I find the files to restore, however the percentage of files being retrieved remains at zero (0%) percent, regardless of how much time has elapsed. I have disabled the firewall on my 360 Premier Edition in the event that was preventing from completing the action.
Can anyone provide a solution?
