I purchased a 3 user boxed CD of 360 Premier Edition v4 from a retail store. Already used two issues on two recently purchased notebooks, but unfortunately one notebook was sent back to the manufacturer for major repair under warranty. The notebook came back from repair without any trace of the previously installed Norton 360; a 30 day trial version of NIS 2010 was there instead. How do I restore the 360 v4 and product key to this repaired notebook without using the 3rd issue from the boxed CD. I want to save that last issue for a desktop model that I plan to purchase for my fiancé's graduation gift. I'm sure this is a common issue, but I can't find an answer for that specific issue from the Norton customer support website. Help from the Forum would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
