which is what I did, literally. Do you now need the first/last name in a new message?
I tried to highlight the benefits of the program in Post 20 - we give you access to Symantec experts and information through an interactive web site. There are surveys, polls, special offers as a way of thanking our loyal customers.
We also host a consumer advisory board each quarter where we set up conference calls with our product managers and members of this program.

Could you confirm all the details required in the e-mail as I am un-sure what exact details to Send because you have told us two different things on Page One and Two/Three.
I believe they are very busy with this program.
Please be patient
If one emails with one's full name and the "tenure" then they will also have the email address which are the three things it looks as if they need.
I'm sure they would like an email address which will accept incoming mail from them and not one often used in newsgroups that are dummy addresses.

I woud suggest you edit your first message to make that clear .....
To join Norton Advantage ( loyalty program ) we need the following information from you
first name
last name
# of years you hve been a Norton customers ( tenure)
