RSA SecurID Software Token compatibility with Norton 360

I am using RSA SecurID software token to reach my company's email while working from home. It fails to launch. Is this application compatible with Norton 360? My home OS is a 64-bit running on Windows 7 Professional. Three screenshots attached. My computer has NO passwords installed.

@dcornella The official reply I received from the Norton team via PM was they do not expect any incompatibilities between RSA and the Norton 360 product. One question is, have you uninstalled Norton, performed a restart and retried RSA in that scenario? In addition to the article I previously linked to have a look at this article from the RSA forums. Please let us know your status.

Cheers

Update: The question have been escalated to the appropriate team for an official answer. Please stand by for someone Norton to post that answer here or relay it to me. I will then post what they give me if the latter is the case. Thanks for being patient while we get you the info.

Edited: In the interim, look at your 1st screenshot where the "options" button exists. Follow the guide in this article and see if you can reset the tokens locally. It doesn't appear Norton is causing the issue. If a password / token passcode was never given to you by your IT administrator the passcode most likely wasn't set when deployed.
