It’s been awful trying to click on Run Smart Scan to run the app, it seems not working no matter how many times I click on it, and it’s very frustrating!!!

I still have the same problem on all my protected devices and it started a few weeks ago. My workaround is to interrupt the “stuck“ “Advanced Issues” scan and allow Smart Scan to “Please wait while we complete updates”, then run Smart Scan again. This seems to work every time!
