I just signed up for a subscription to DisneyPlus. While it worked on my Android, he did not bring me to a log-in screen on my HP laptop (Windows 10).

With tinkering, I discovered that if I have Norton 360 Delux selected for VPN, DisneyPlus does not function, but if not selected, it does. This is independent whether I have VPN selected on my computer settings tab. I am using Google chrome.

Anyone else experience this? Is there a Norton fix?

Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections.
