S/n failed on Ghost 15 re-install on a new pc

My old pc crashed and I have installed Ghost 15 on my new pc. The 30 day trail is working, but it will not activate when I tried to enter my purchased s/n

Help appreciate. I have tried Chat support and they referred me here.
