S&R 1 + NSW 2009 Basic + NIS 2009 = NPC error

I have a client who has Save & Restore 1 and just upgraded to NIS2009 and NSW 2009 BE.  After a truly long uninstall of NIS2008 by NIS2009 (over an hour), we got everything installed.

 

Now, it seems, Save & Restore has its own Protection Center.  Who would have thought!?  And that protection center is reporting the same error that the Protection Center in NSW 2008 reported:  No AV.

 

Of course, there is no way to disable the Protection Center in S&R 1.  So that is a hassle.  The only options seem to be:  buy and install S&R 2 and hope it will interact appropriately in this 3-way dance; or purchase NSW 2009 Premier, which comes with an integrated S&R 2, which is fairly costly, given that the client has good subscriptions on all this products for another 3 months (or more).
