Safe Web - Had to Disable : Worked fine until last week

Issue abstract: Safe Web was fine until last week

Detailed description: Web browsing was not working in all browsers until I disabled Safe Web

Product & version number: Norton 360 For Gamers (build 26.5.10994.984)

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? No errors just Internet pages not loading or taking forever to load. Been going on since last week.

There have been reports here of issues such as you are seeing. What seems to help is to turn of HTTPS scanning within the Safe Web Settings. Click on the Settings icon in 360, then click Advanced Security > Network > Safe Web. Then turn off the HTTPS scanning and test.

Norton released a backend fix for this Website loading issue.
Please run LiveUpdate and Restart the machine and check if websites are loading as expected.
