Next time I will check to see if a post actually made it first (g) ... and about Lost In Space ... yes, I watched them all way back there when I was a kid ... one of these days, I am going to have a bunch of disposable income and hit Amazon and Best Buy and get the whole lot of them (g) ... first on my list is all seven seasons of Voyager.

I purchased most of the Lost In Space episodes from Amazon already, only a couple more to go!
And I also love Voyager and sometimes between it and Deep Space Nine I'm not sure which one I like the most.
No Safe Web icons showing when I use Google to search. If I use Norton Safe Search they show.
I also have CallingID in use which uses icons, but they will only show when using their search via Google...no Norton icons show in their search.
Web settings are on in NIS; also nothing show in Firefox.
Months ago, both the Norton Safe Web check/icon and the CallingID icon would show up when using Google. Now neither shows after installing latest ver of CallingID Link Advisor. ugh!
I am not able to reproduce this issue with the latest NIS build 18.5.0.125.
There are chances for 2 applications to conflict with each other if they have common features. In this case I am not aware of any such conflicts between NIS and Link advisor.
If you find any such conflicts please report it to us. So that the concerned people can be intimated and this software could be added to Norton's incompatible product list.
One possibility: Are your security settings at the defaults? Scripting needs to be allowed for Google.com in order to display the icons - so if you have set your security options above the default level you may have to add Google to your trusted sites. Similarly in Firefox, Javascript needs to be allowed.
I asked this on 12/8 of CallingID since I had upgraded to there latest version.....

I did install the new version 2.0 and it works well.
It is interesting that in the past...months or years, I had the CallingID icon show up when using Google search. Now I don't see it unless I use your search accelerator instead of Google. Of course that works fine as you use Google for search.
Also, I use Norton Internet Security that has a Safe Web icon that used to show up along with your CallingID icon when using Google search. Now it no longer shows up when using Google. If I use their Norton Safe Search then their icon shows (not yours).
So, what was once easy to see both icons using Google, now I don't get either unless I use the specific search for that software.
Too bad, it was more useful before.

I find it interesting that if I uninstall Link Advisor, I still do not get the icons I was getting before with NIS in a Google search.
I guess I will use either the NIS or CallingID search functions.

So, once I installed the new release, I sent an email about my experience with the two software icon issues that I was having.
Both software use icons and each search engine works and shows the icons, but not when I use Google......it used to work and both icons from NIS and LA both showed up.....not any more. Perhaps by design....I never heard back.

Also FWIW ~ just noticed using Norton Safe Search the new improved Norton Safe Search Norton Secured green circle ok or just green circle ok ratings ... WOT ratings do not display.
google & yahoo ~ old Norton Safe Search green circle white check ... WOT ratings still display.
It's as if the new version of Norton Safe Search ratings have pushed the other guys off the field.
Something is going on that is certainly new and unwanted behavior.

CallingID’s Google powered Safe Search is not "Google" and apparently from your information NortonSafeWeb Icon is simply not compatible with CallingID’s Google powered Safe Search as the exclusive use of CallingID Link Advisor provides revenue for the vendor.
Perhaps the exclusive use of Norton SafeWeb Icons with Norton Safe Search provides revenue for Norton/Ask.
Monitoring your search clics and ads are revenue for some entity.
