Safe web not working with Yahoo search engine

Hi,

 

Safe web filtering is erratic on yahoo searches

some search results are filterd and tagged  as safe but some are not at all being filterd.

browsers IE 8 Chrome 36.0.1985.125 m

OS windows 7 Enterprise
