I see from a search of posts that people have used this area from questions about Safe Web so hopefully I'm in the right spot.
If not please let me know.
I set up a website last year to promote a free honey bee swarm collection service in and around Cardiff, Wales called www.swarmcatcher.co.uk, and requested that it be approved by Safe Web in May last year, I was expecting to see it approved months ago and can not see how to send in a reminder or otherwise as it has not been turned down.
When I check the rating icon it tells me the site has not been tested yet and that the website location is unknown, any suggestions on how I move this forward?
If I press on the site owner hyperlink I go back to my profile still with no options of pursuing it. Any advice would be gratefully received as I can not even see what details where used when I submitted it to check those.

I know I have seen this situation escalated, but I am not sure how to do it - I'll PM another Guru asking for help for you. Plese continue to watch this thread.
You didn't mention if during the Safe Web Registration process, you successfully verified ownership. This is an important first step and you would see 'ownership verified' under the status column on your Safe Web profile page.
If your ownership has not been verified, I would suggest a review of the instructions on the Site Owners page to which yank has provided a link. I don't know which method you used to upload the code, but in checking the source code of your website, I do not see a Norton Safe Web meta tag.
If your ownership has been verified, we can have the Safe Web Team manually queue your website to be rated.
Please let us know where the ownership verification stands.
Thanks!

Phil, I have verified ownership correctly, and think I have identified the problem. I used the file rather than the metatag which was located in a folder (Public_html), rather than immediately below the root, so I am hoping it is visible now.
I'm not sure how it got there as I was sure it was in the root doirectory, but obviously not.
Is there a way that I can proove to myself that it is in the correct location, as i thought this was done during the verification process.

Yes, there is an easy way to confirm this. Go to the Norton Safe Web site and sign in. Then click My Profile > site dispute.
On that page you can confirm if ownership has been verified. You should see something similar to this:
If ownership is verified, see if you have the option to 'Rate my site' and click that. (The last site that I submitted was about 8 months ago, so some options may have changed)
If you don't see 'ownership verified', you should have the option to 'Verify Now' or 'Verify your site' - click that.
