Safe web rating still untested

Hi all, 

Hope this is the correct sub forum to post in. 

 

My website https://www.watermeadgifts.co.uk still remains untested after submitting for rating some weeks ago. Is there anyway of getting in contact to push this through? seems I can only submit a dispute but now other route?
