SafeCam does not allow any cam to work on my Pc

I had McAfee working perfectly on my Dell Inspiron laptop. I moved to Norton 360 because it was cheaper. Immediately I installed it the cam stopped working.
Faultfinding Found safecam App permissions added whatsapp and chrome to Safecam allowed No change
Removed Norton completely from my laptop. Still no cams work
Re-installed Norton 360. Cannot get any cam to work.
I am very frustrated.
Norton does not appear to have a human you can contact.
Please advise

what version do you got the old ore the new version it is don diffrent from version to version i cant disable ore enable it if you whant to i need to now what version you got before i can help you the 22.xx ore the 24.xx

Tried that totally disabled safecam… no change
