I have searched for older messages and found the latest dated in April of 2010... so I am not sure the issue was fixed for others.
I received an email message yesterday stating "Norton Safety Minder is not running. This could be caused by a problem with theprogram, or else a user might have shut down a Norton Safety Minder component. Please restart the computer."
Each of my children use limited user accounts. I am quite sure they do not know the administrative password. I could use some guidance.
