SafeWeb Extension Incorrectly Flagging URLs That Norton's Site Reports as Safe

I am reporting a significant data discrepancy between the Norton SafeWeb browser extension and the public SafeWeb website. The extension is blocking numerous assets on our websites, while the SafeWeb portal confirms these exact same URLs are safe.

I have dozens of examples in which a URL is being reported as Safe on the SafeWeb website but that same URL is being blocked and reported as unsafe by Norton SafeWeb application. I am attaching screenshots of just one example but if you’d like more just let me know!

When website owners & I’ve had these mis-match events…before…what website owners & I’ve needed to do was contact Norton support (after submitting FP reports and waiting 48 hours) with related pics as you’ve done here. Norton support will escalate to the team from their side.

Thank you so much for the guidance and assistance with this! The issues I was experiencing across four different sites (three subdomain sites and one primary) are no longer happening. I am unable to recreate the issue which was previously consistently occurring across FireFox, Safari, and Chrome whenever I used Norton SafeWeb.
