I have tried for two weeks to verify my ownership of my site. I put the meta tag in every page I could think of and uploaded the html file. I can confirm that I can get to it at https://www. arimba .us/nortonsw_f8992c50-536b-0.html but the site still won't verify. I don't think the html file upload technique is even looking for the file because the text for it is exactly the same as the meta tag verification text. help!
