Safeweb verification failure- Paypal used

My site is giftsinanhour.com. Only Paypal is used on the site so my consumers are always protected. That is the main reason why we only use paypal becuase I wanted my consumers not to worry about anything. Does Norton see that paypal is the only form of payments my website accepts, is that why it doesnt test the site?

Hello giftsinanhour and welcome!

The method of payment accepted on a website does not have have any bearing on how quickly a site is rated by Safe Web.

I do see your Safe Web authentication code on your home page.  Normally this code is placed in a meta tag so that it is not visible to the public.

I shall notify the Safe Web team who will manually verify site ownership. Allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

Once ownership has been verified, your site will be queued for the rating evaluation.

Be sure the code remains in place until ownership is verified.  Once you receive this confirmation the code can be removed.

Hi giftsinanhour

I have verified owership & queued up your website 'giftsinanhour.com' for analysis, soon new rating will be reflected in safeweb.norton.com.

Rajesh

Great customer service again from Rajesh!

giftsinanhour,

Now that ownership has been verified, you can safely remove the authentication code from your home page.

Best Wishes!
