What Android version is on your tablet? The current requirement is for at least Android 10.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am not sure, the taboet was bought in 2016, ? Too old

Probably is too old. Open the Android Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on About Tablet > Software Information. That will show you what Android version is on the device.

My Samsung Tab A released in 2017 was stuck on Android 9 and is too old for the latest version of Norton 360.

Hi, is it possible to upgrade my Android Tablet to Android 10? I just bought a used Samsung Tablet and it only has Android 7…argh.

The only way to update an Android device is through that devices Android Settings > Software Update. Although if your device only has Android 7, I am guessing it is too old to get any more updates. What device did you purchase?

I got a Samsung Tablet Galaxy S2. Refurbished.

According to the specs for the Galaxy S2, the newest Android version is only version 7. You cannot install Norton on that device. You may be able to find another security solution that still supports older Android versions.

ok thanks.

I ran into this problem when trying to reload Norton back onto my media player, after using it on another device. I downloaded AVG free although I think this may only support android 8 plus. As I recall Avast may still support V7 you may want to try that?

Ok, thanks for the info!
