Save and Restore 2.0: Vista 64 bit issues

1.  Just wanted to solicit clarification as to the following...when I run driver validation, S&R notes the following drivers are missing:

Broadcom 802.1 b/g WLAN
Virtual Machine Native Service Driver
WAN Miniport (SSTP)

I primarily use S&R as a disaster recovery plan, i.e. I have my notebook hard drive image on a usb connectable external hard drive.  Thus, am I correct in my understanding that I really do NOT have to create a custom recovery disc including these drivers, since the image recovery environment will not require use of my wireless LAN?

2.  Just for information, when I tried to create a custom recovery disc, I received this error message:

"Cannot copy 64 bit device drivers to a 32 bit Symantec recovery disc"

I assume this reflects the fact that the S&R recovery environment is 32 bit.  But I cannot proceed past the error message, since the next screen asks to point to missing drivers, which I do not have.

3.  After installing S&R on my HP Pavilion notebook, the OS could no longer "see" the optical (cd/dvd) drive.  Evidently this is not unheard of, since Norton's tech support staff pointed me to their ftp file which enters a registry correction and solves this.  Just an FYI if anyone else encounters the same problem.

Thanks much for any thoughts as to the first two issues.
