Hello all
I have a Dell XPS420 which came with Norton Save & Restore (v2.0) pre-installed. The system includes an Intel-driven RAID array - each physical disk being partitioned as logical drives C, D & E. Drive C is as usual; D is Backup and E is Recovery.
I presume this means that drive E would be my Recovery Disk in case of disaster, but to be doubly sure I wanted to create a second recovery disk on CD or DVD. However, when I try to use "Create Recovery Disk" and then specify drives F or G (the 2 DVD drives), the dialogue says that these are not valid locations and refuses to go further.
Any thoughts on why I can't create a recovery disk on CD or DVD ?
Many thanks
Joe
