Whenever I run a Norton 360 scan & cleanup, my saved email addresses, bank acct #s, and other stuff disappears. I suspect that the cookie cleanup may be the cause. For example, I sign onto hotmail and select “remember me on this computer”. The next time I go to hotmail, it pre-fills in my sign-on ID. After running 360 cleanup, hotmail no longer “remembers” my sign-on ID. Same issue for other “remember me on this computer” items.
Thanks
Thanks for the reply.
I do want to cleanup the Temp files ... but not the ones that I need.
Prior versions of Norton Antivirus (not 360) allowed exclusion of files from deletion. Is there such an exclusion list in 360?
Thanks again ... sragusa

Sragusa,
The exclusion list is still present in the AntiVirus component of Norton 360. But that exclusion list is to exclude a particular file/folder from manual scan or Auto-Protect scan, not for cleanup. There is no option to exclude the cleanup items, other than unchecking those.
