my comp keeps warning me that i'm not working, so when i open my 2010 Norton Internet security window, it does say on the left side that i am "At Risk" and it has a button below that says "fix now". if i click "fix now", it does updates and says everything is completed, and then another window comes up and says "Protection Update" and "Auto Protect" are still "At Risk". if i click support in that window, it freezes.... just that window, not the whole computer.
Everything is appearing as if it is on... Anti-virus, antispyware, etc.
When i first turned out the computer this morning, windows had issues and it said i'd be better off restoring back to a few days ago. i went ahead and did that. this has been happening since this morning.
FYI: i've had Nortons since december... and i have windows 7.
Anybody have any idea of whats going on? i don't like going online without knowing im protected.
