why does scam protection keep saying to set up Safe SMS. it is set up already. Then sometimes it shows all good with the green dot even though nothing has changed. NEeds to be fixed. when i go in , it says 3 of 3 active and safe sms is set up on my mobile device. this is silly. please get this product fixed, Norton. It isnt communicating properly. Same app says 2 different things. all of it is set up. why does it say 2 of 3 protections are on. that is wrong. This has been an issue for a while now. Need someone on this.
after a restart , it shows all scam protections ON. …but then it goes back to 2 of 3.
