Norton 360 on WIN 11 PC. SCAM PROTECTION will not set up.
This is asking me to set up protection but it wont set it up. There is also a set up protection to the left that i clicked and ran through and it said I am all set. But the scam protection is not setting up. Not sure how to get this to wake up.
Still says this but the protections are set up. Where is the green check??
case is still open and this is Day 5 at least. I still click on both things that say
“Set up Protection” and it shows all is set up 2 of 2 active and then the other one runs through a process and then says “You are all set.” but it still says set up protection after doing that. My windows 10pc is fine. this windows 11 pc has the issue.
UPDATE Ok, i solved this one. I did a norton repair in that troubleshooting section and then i restarted the PC. Now i see a green check for the Scam protections and that other message on left is gone. no more seeing that stupid “SET UP PROTECTIONS” message. i did it. i solved the app issue as well. I beat Level 2!
