Dear all
This weekend I was taken in by scammers who reported they were from mocrosoft. In short, (and this is very embarrassing now) I allowed them access to my PC via Team Viewer. Luckily, I didn't give them any bank account details, but they did install an app under the name of my ISP. I deleted the application, formatted my router - and changed the passwords for the router -, blocked my bank accounts and in short I'm worried they might get something off the PC at sme later date. I've run a full scan and Norton hasn't found any malware etc, but i just wondered if there is anything else I need to do.
