Scan found Downloader.upatre!gen9

Running NIS 21.7.0.11 and the updates are current.  On Wednesday (4-8), my full scan found nothing to report.  On Friday (4-10), the full scan found downloader.upatre!gen9 on my system and showed it removed it.  Rescanned twice after that, rebooting after each scan, and again nothing showed up.  Can I assume Norton's protected my system by removing the downloader.  Again just to be sure, I ran the NPE program.  After the program ran, it showed it didn't find any bad files but it did show it found 86 unknown files.  From the tutorial, I get the idea that these 86 files might not be malware, NPE just could not find them.

Should I now Google all of these files, just to see what they are, or just leave them alone.  Since they don't seem to be known malware, they may not be any problem.  I know I could let NPE create a restore point and remove those 86 files and if something went wrong, if the PC would boot again, I could let NPE restore those files and my PC should be back to normal.  I really don't like this option, because I don't know what to expect.  I don't see any unusual activities, but that doesn't really mean anything and I really hate to use one of the removal specialist if there is nothing wrong.
