Scan stalling on latest version of "retail" NMS

I have just installed the latest version of the "retail" download version of Norton Mobile Security (versions 2.5.0.376).  All seemed well until I tried an Anti-Malware scan.

 

It started fine but after a short while stalled on a file that has been on the phone for about a month and had passed all previous scans.  As it related to a stats logging program I had uninstalled I removed it and ran the scan again.  It stalled again on another file I am fairly confident about, which is associated with current programs and which I am not prepared to delete.

 

Should I be worried or just irritated?
