Scan time for new application

Issue abstract: run time for new application

Detailed description: I installed the new version of Nortin 360 for Windows this week. Yesterday, I ran my first scan, which took 06:27:23; today, it took 04:17:10. For the moment I am not scanning archives nor follow file-system links during scan. For the previous version a typical scan time would be around 90 minutes. Is it possible for me to improve scan time for a full scan?

That is the default for me at least.
I plan to run an automated full scan every morning till Christmas is over.
Then I will have a word with a grown-up in Norton.

Why run daily full scan?

I have run two scans in real time then 3 automated scans (in background).

My machine is a Windows 10 Home Build 19045, Inspiron 5584, x64-based PC with Windows and Microsoft products up-to-date. It was recently rebuilt.

A typical run time with the old version of Norton was around 97 minutes. On this new version, it takes more than twice as long. The default priority is High.
Any tips on how to reduce this will be welcomed.
