Issue abstract: Norton Utilities does not complete the scan

Detailed description: It is stuck on 87% on the full scan and 54% on the program scan. I’ve tried rebooting the computer. I’ve uninstalled Norton Utilities and reinstalled. Nothing works. Windows 11 is up to date.
