QUESTION:
why do some of the scans not show a green check after running them? i just ran quick scan and no green check here. This is after you tap the scans button in upper right of module. Why no green check for the scan i just ran???

@gmPro182 What is the full version of your installed Norton? I am seeing a different set of scans on my Windows 10 Pro machine than what you posted. None have green checks.

I just ran a “Quick Scan”, no green checks my side.

You are on a different screen…different path there. I just hit scans button upper right, then it showed the types of scans. I found my answer. Support was decent today. Much better suppport Sat AM vs weeknights. Both tech support guys had lots of experience today.
It has the green check when everything is fully resolved. For the other scans I need to do some things that probably require money or at least a free trial.
Thanks for the post back, its good hearing support got you all fixed up. We don’t hear many positive responses about them around the forums.
Edited: This is the screen you were on, the green checks should appear in the areas I posted as well when there is something that needed resolved as well.

Green checks mean fully resolved. No check does not mean resolved. Here is the other screen that you were on.
And the support really depends on years of experience and quality. Depends on who you get. It was good on Sat AM. 5yrs exp is good. 13 yrs even better! This product has some glitches so you need a good tech. Looks like i have some new issues now and need these addressed. This software needs some improvement. Tired of issues. Ok, i solved that. They had logged me out. Now it is okay.
