I have not ran a scan since 22/02/13, so when I went on to Norton, it recommended that I ran a scan. I went on to the page that allows you to run scans however, for whatever reason, I am unable to do so. Whenever I click on a scan (Either quick scan or full system scan), nothing happened. There was also an auto fix button that would instantly start up a quick scan, however all that happened with that is it seemingly starts up, then comes up with a red cross and a message saying 'Fix not complete.' Also, when you click on the support button, after a while it just says it could not detect any problem. (The first time I did it, it said that it had sorted some problem, however it still didn't work after that.) Greatly appreciate any help. Thanks
