My Norton Internet Security 2015 update to the latest version (22.5.2.15) on 29 July 2015. Since this update installed, I have not been able to run any scans on my computer. When I go into the Norton tool and manually select quick scan or full system scan either nothing happens or Norton says it is not complete. I know that the live updates are happening with out issues and to date I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton Internet Security and run Norton's power eraser. I have also disabled the fast start up option for windows 8. I currently have no other antivirus software on my computer and have not installed any new programs since the update. My computer details are:
OS: Windows 8, 64 bit, 8 GB ram.
If anyone could give me any help that would be great.
