Scheduled Full Scan Won't Run - After PC Wakes Up

So I've been trying to get Norton Security to run a weekly Full Scan early in the a.m. when my computer is not being used.  I'm running Windows 10 and  have a Wake Up Command for the computer.  I've tested the computer wake up and it works fine.  I schedule the Full Scan to run 1 minute after the computer wakes up.  It Never runs.  I check Task Scheduler History and see that the computer wakes up but Norton does not show ever being run.  After "chatting" with tech support they uninstalled and reinstalled Norton.  That did not resolve the issue.

Any ideas?
