Screenshot in norton browser

My dell laptop does not take a screenshot even if I simultaneously hit print screen and windows keys. Unlike Microsoft edge browser which has the option/ability via their the pull down CAN NOT seem to find that option in the norton browser. PLEASE HELP/ADVISE!!!

Not sure why you need the Windows key + PrtSc. I have always just used the PrtSc key on its own to copy the onscreen page to the clipboard. Then I open it in Paint or some other app.

I just tested this with Norton Private Browser and it worked perfectly for me. I’m on Windows 10 and 360 ver 22.24.8.36. What Windows and 360 versions are you using?
