SDHelper.dll and NAV2008

NAV2008  Vista Home Premium w/Vista Service Pack 1

I noticed this item as an enabled add-on in my IE7. I know it belongs to SpyBot Search and Destroy and it is classified a "bad download blocker". We installed a copy of SpyBot S&D to use as an on demand scanner and an Adjunct to NAV2008.

We ran the spybot scan but we don't want to use it as a real time protection. NAV2008 is my real time protection

1. Can the SDHelper.dll be enabled as an IE7 addon without interfering with the NAV 2008 IPSBHO.dll (Norton intrusion prevention)which is also enabled in IE7?

2. Can SPYBOT S&D run realtime along WITH NAV2008?

3. How can I tell if SPYBOT S&D is activey on as a real time protection? I looked at my currently running programs and do not see it on but want to make sure that it is not on especially if one should not have NAV2008 and SPYBOT S&D running as real time together
