When accessing the Seafight Seachart from the Web based home page it requires several attempts to get it loaded, and may require logging off and on several times. When Seachart loading commences it shows as a secure site. Upon completion of loading it switches to a Non Secure site. Accessing from the Seafight downloaded Client works well with no glitches. It is pervasive that Forum Moderators and Admin ask for User IDs in order to access accounts, effectively bypassing the password. There have been Facebook posts asking for User Ids in exchange for free Bonus Maps. Support refuses to discuss the switch from a secure site to a non secure site, choosing instead to caution one to protect their password. Many accounts represent significant monetary investments and the practice of bypassing account passwords is disconcerting.
These pictures are of the Web Based Home page not he Seachart. The Seachart starts out with a padlock and then switches to the i. As an additional security concern with this site, Customer Support will either bypass your password or comprise it and log your account on. They say as much in their responses.

looks like bigpoint.com page
No it is not. You must be logged into Seafight to access the Seachart. Which begins loading as a secure site and upon completion of loading becomes a non secure site. But I have seen people reference it in the forum, and I seem to recall a couple of posts with a link to it.
