I’m so pissed right now. I’ve been trying to connect my VPN for like 4 hours now. My VPN was working fine until today and now I just get the message that “Your Connection is unprotected”. I’ve followed all the suggestions on their website and nothing is working. Right now, I feel like unsubscribing and turning to another anti-virus. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the Norton 360 app. I’ve ran live update, scanned for viruses, and restarted my computer. Nothing works. I’ve tried to contact a live agent and they don’t seem to have one. When I tell them their suggestion doesn’t work, I just get a message saying they are sorry they weren’t able to help and end the chat with the virtual agent. I have no problem connecting with my laptop and my phone, I just can’t do it with my PC. My PC is old, but it’s worked until today. Help!!! I’m using Windows Home 10, Version 22H2.
Mine won’t turn on either. I can click the button but nothing happens. And anytime I click on Support, the page it pulls up says “Service Unavailable”. With the amount of money I pay each year for protection, the customer service is not up to par. Seriously looking into going with another company with better customer service.
