My issue was resolved by itself a few day after this post. Thank you to the team who worked on the repair in the background.

I have the same versions and same issue. Can't resolve after uninstalling and reinstalling too.

Yeah, same version as Mike. 

OS 10.12.4  //  Norton 7.3.1

Mac OS 10.12.4 and Norton 7.3.1.  Same issue.  Rebooted to safe mode.  Then rebooted back to normal mode.  Live Update and scan worked, but Fix It still there.  Now in endless live update download ... over 15 min.  Usually have to force quit.  Something is definitely wrong.

I am also observing the same issue (MacOS 10.12.4 and Norton Security 7.3.1)

Norton 7.31.

The download says there's an error. Again, I have the same issue as the other person on this thread. Security at risk and Scans at risk.
