I keep receiving my security code from an actual phone number. Is this supposed to happen as I believe it used to come from 5 digits...This only begun to happen in September.
Norton stopped using the VIP Access app for the Norton Account 2 factor authentication sometime around May 2020. Here is a thread about the change, and some options. Later posts in that thread show that you can still use the VIP app, but you will still have to manually enter the code, as the push notifications will not work.
